Coaching Services Agreement
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Seeker Advisory Group LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company (“Coach”), provides coaching services to clients (“Client”). By booking a session, submitting payment, or checking the agreement box in Calendly, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
Coaching Relationship
The Client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the Client. Full buy-in is necessary to form a powerful and productive coaching relationship. If the Client feels that coaching is not working as desired, the Client will communicate this with the Coach, and both parties will work together to resolve the situation.
Communication Between Sessions
The Client may reach out via email or text between sessions for brief check-ins or support. The Coach will respond within a reasonable time frame, although this communication does not replace formal sessions.
Missed Sessions / Cancellations
The Client agrees to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the session and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Coach.
Money-Back Guarantee and Cancellation
The Client is entitled to a one-time money-back guarantee for the first month (or package) of coaching. If dissatisfied, the Client must notify the Coach via email before their last scheduled session. This guarantee does not apply beyond the first month/package. If the Client chooses to cancel further services, the Client will be prorated a refund based on sessions completed.
Confidentiality
The Coach promises the Client that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. The Coach may disclose information only when required by law or explicitly authorized by the Client.
Limitation of Liability
Client understands that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The Coach does not diagnose or treat any mental health conditions. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented.
Furthermore, the Client agrees that the Coach and Seeker Advisory Group LLC are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching process. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for their own decisions, well-being, and actions throughout the coaching relationship.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all coaching interactions with Seeker Advisory Group LLC.
1. Payment & Billing
All fees must be paid before coaching sessions begin. Unpaid sessions will not be held or scheduled. Late or missing payments may pause or terminate services.
2. Rescheduling
The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide reasonable notice to the Client.
3. No Guarantees
While coaching may produce meaningful transformation, the Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each Client’s progress depends on personal effort, circumstances, and participation.
4. Technology, Recording, and Transcription
Sessions may be recorded only with explicit written mutual consent. If the Client consents to recording or transcription, the Client authorizes the Coach to use those recordings exclusively for coaching review and quality improvement.
5. Termination of Services
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate coaching at any time. Upon termination, refunds will follow the pro-rated policy outlined in the Coaching Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement and Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, regardless of where the Client resides or where coaching services are accessed.
7. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By submitting payment or checking the affirming box in Calendly, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the Seeker Advisory Group LLC Coaching Agreement and Terms of Service.
